long does it take to receive product after order? |

| Air mail shipment
should reach in 30 business days. For FedEX, UPS & EMS shipment,
you should get them in 4-5 business days. FedEX & UPS shipment
will receive tracking number which you can track your shipment
online. |

can I know that my order go through or not? |
|
|
After you finish order, you will receive 2 emails from us. First
is SIPS system email which will show you the payment status
(approved or declined). Another one is from ThaiCDExpress.com
for your order details. If you receive email from SIPS indicate
"declined" payment status, your order is failed. You
must re-order by using other cards or try again later. |

as "Authentication error", "Authentication unavailable",
"Visa Xml error", "Declined" |

have waited for my order for a long time, why haven't I still
got my order? |

| Air mail order
should be delivered to you in 14-20 business days. Ups &
Ems order should be 4-5 business days. If you feel that you
have wait for too long time. Please have your order ID ready
and email us. Anyway, we can't know the status of Air mail shipment
after we send request to track it for at least 40 days. |

I finish ordering already and I want to change some description,
such as; order, or address. How can I do? |

| After we receive
your order, we will process them immediately. If you feel that
some info you gave us is not correct, or you would like to change
some description or order. Please contact us immediately at

can’t I choose shipping method on check-out page? |

we will have 2-3 shipping methods provided. Sometimes, your
address is not included in our route, or any error occur. Please

can I know that the product I order is in stock? |

we show is in stock. Anyway, some items may out of stock for

some items I order are out of stock, how can you send them? |

have out of stock items, we will wait for them not over than
3 days. After this we will email you to let us ship it by partial
order or not. The amount & shipping cost (if changed) will

does it mean for "dvd all zone", "dvd zone 3"
or "pal" and "ntsc" |

| DVD
format is divided to multi-regions for all area. To buy dvd,
you should know your hardware specification. First, you must
check that your dvd player and monitor is compatible with "PAL"
or "NTSC". It is color system. Almost new models can
play both. Then you should ask your seller that your dvd player
is modified to be "Code free" or "All Zone"
or not? Almost Thai dvd is made to "Zone 3". If your
player has not modified, you can't play this type of disc. |

located in Bangkok, we still can receive your payment online
only. Anyway, you still can transfer the amount to us (Thailand).
But you must pay more for transfer fee. We also receive payment
via PayPal, but you can only pay this amount by the balance
in your PayPal account (not for credit card) |
